• Express: Customer pays shipping & any customs/tariffs.

Unloading Info

• Door-to-door delivery included.
• Items over 6.5 ft (2m) must be unloaded by customer.
• For very heavy packages, please prepare a forklift.

• If you don’t request express, we’ll ship by sea after confirming with you.

YRHHOME Warranty & Return Policy

To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty for lighting products, a 3-Year Limited Warranty for furniture, and a 30-Day Return Policy.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty is effective from the date of delivery and applies to defects or damage caused by material, craftsmanship, or performance issues, provided the product is used and maintained under normal residential conditions.

If any issues arise during the warranty period, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund solutions. The replacement product will be of the same model or a comparable model with equal or higher specifications.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, fabric pilling, wood grain variations)
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures
• Bulbs, batteries, and other consumable components
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

Non-Warranty Situations

• Normal wear and tear
• Product loss or theft
• Damage caused by force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, extreme weather)
• Electrical damage from surges or unstable voltage
• Failure to follow installation or care instructions
