Convenient Logistics

Our products are exported worldwide. In order to deliver the products to our clients quickly and safely, we work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and global sea shipping companies.

  • Air shipping time: about 6–15 working days.
  • Sea shipping time: about 20–25 working days (mainly for large and fragile products).

Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period between when a customer places the order and when we hand it over to the delivery service.

  • Orders are generally shipped within 7–10 working days of order confirmation/payment.
  • Orders made on weekends may experience delays.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays). We take steps to minimize delays during holidays.

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
  • A tracking number will be provided (active within 24 hours).
  • Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours.
  • If you cannot track your package, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping may experience delays due to Covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@yrhhome.com, and we will check with the shipping company as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order if payment is completed and the parcel has not been shipped.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made before shipping.
