Our professionally trained delivery team will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as remove all packaging and debris.
This service applies to: furniture, larger décor, uniquely shaped items, and fragile items that cannot be shipped via small parcel delivery.

What to Expect

1. Preparing for Delivery

• Ensure your furnishings fit through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways. See our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guide. These are guidelines and do not guarantee fit.

• Ensure the room is cleared of existing furniture. Our team cannot move or dispose of existing furniture or items.

• High-rise or condominium deliveries may require a Certificate of Insurance. Contact us after placing your order if needed.

2. Scheduling Delivery

• In Stock: We will contact you within 5 business days after the product arrives at our U.S. warehouse (nationwide delivery time: 15–20 business days) to schedule delivery.

• Deferred Delivery: Delivery occurs once all items are available and ready to ship. You will be contacted once items arrive at our warehouse.

• We hold merchandise in our warehouse for 60 days. After this, full payment is required and delivery must be scheduled.

3. Delivery Day

• An individual 18 years or older must be home to accept and inspect the order.

• Furniture items will be carefully unpacked, assembled, and packaging removed (excludes lighting, mirrors, wall art, heat lamps, fountains).

• Items such as lighting, mirrors, and wall art will not be unboxed, inspected, assembled, or installed.

• Our team is not permitted to install electrical or wall-mounted items.

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, and international destinations require custom quotes. Minimum order subtotal: $6,500.
