Thank you for shopping with yrhhome.com. We guarantee that all yrhhome.com lighting and furniture products are rigorously tested by our quality inspectors before shipping.

Return Policy

We only have return processing facilities in the United States and China, which means that returned products must be shipped back to one of these addresses.

We cannot accept returns after 30 days.

All lighting and furniture products (excluding light bulbs, if applicable) are covered by our two-year manufacturer's warranty.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new/unused condition to qualify for any refund.

If the product has already been installed or used, it cannot be returned.

Customized items are not eligible for return.

Manufacturer Defect or Shipping Damage

  • Within 30 days of receipt, if there is any manufacturer defect, you may return the product for a 100% refund, plus reimbursement of the shipping cost you paid for the return.
  • Note: For defects or shipping damages, please contact us within 48 hours, and provide photos and videos for verification.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size

  • If there is no defect and you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you may still return it.
  • You will be responsible for both shipping costs:
  • The return shipping cost back to us.
  • The original shipping cost from our warehouse to you (deducted from your refund).
  • Products must be sealed in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Once we receive and verify that the product is new/unused, we will issue the refund minus the shipping cost.

Example:
If you bought a product for $500 and decided to return it, you would pay the return shipping ($50). Once the item arrives in its original condition, we will refund $450 ($500 minus $50 original shipping cost).

How to Return

We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these 3 steps:

1) Process Your Return

  • Reply to your order confirmation email, specify which items you want to return, and include the reason.
  • Indicate whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or a replacement.
  • A Customer Experience Specialist will provide the correct return address. (⚠ Returns shipped to any other address will not be refunded.)

2) Packaging

  • Ensure all components are securely sealed in their original packaging, including all protective materials.

3) Shipping

  • Take pictures of the inside and outside of the package before shipping, as proof of condition.
  • You may choose any shipping carrier. (⚠ Please consider insurance in case of damage during return shipping.)
  • If the issue is quality-related, we will reimburse your return shipping once confirmed.
  • After shipping, email us the receipt and tracking number at support@yrhhome.com
  • Refunds are issued within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are treated as a return and re-purchase.
  • Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds take 5–10 working days for inspection and restocking after we receive the product.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be finalized, depending on your bank/credit card provider.
  • If returned products arrive damaged or used, no refund will be provided.
  • We must receive returned products before any refund is issued.

Order Cancellation

  • Customized items are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Non-customized orders may be canceled within 24 hours free of charge.
  • After 24 hours, if the product has not shipped, cancellations incur a $50 processing fee.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • ⚠ The following orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund:
  • Products labeled “Customized Invoice,” “Made to Order,” or “Final Sale.”
  • Special purchases such as inventory sale items, discontinued products, or custom quotes.
