Shipping policy
At Yrhhome, we are committed to making your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible — from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order, your items may ship separately depending on availability and the most efficient delivery method. Rest assured, every step is handled with care to ensure your order reaches you safely and beautifully.
All of our product prices include customs duties, local taxes, and other import fees, so you won’t encounter any unexpected charges upon delivery.
However, this policy applies to most regions within each country and does not include remote areas.

Shipping Time Estimates
From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, the process includes two main stages: processing time and shipping time.

In-stock items shipped from our U.S. warehouse typically arrive within 5–10 business days via UPS.

If an item is not in stock domestically and must ship from our overseas warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 30–45 business days.

Packages shipped to remote regions—such as Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR)—may experience longer transit times and additional shipping fees.

Australia

Standard Shipping via China Post Air Parcel: 25–50 business days, or EMS: 5–20 business days (plus handling time).

Shipping
Where are items located?
Our offices are located in the United States and Hong Kong, while our factories are based in China, Vietnam, Spain, and Italy.
Depending on inventory availability, your order may ship from one of our warehouses in China, the US, or the UK.
If our US and UK warehouses are out of stock, your order will be fulfilled from our international warehouses in China, Vietnam, or Spain.
What is your lead time?
Most orders are delivered within 30-75 business days from the order date.
Changes to the estimated delivery date
In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our or our delivery partners’ control, we will notify you of a revised delivery estimate.
Delivery takes place once the items are shipped to the address you provided.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you;
b) cancel the order; and
c) issue a full refund.
Need an item by a certain date?
While we do our best to meet requested deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once a package is shipped, it is under the courier’s control. We recommend ordering well in advance of your deadline.
Expedited shipping is available via DHL or FedEx. Please request a quote before placing your order. Expedited orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days.
We cannot offer refunds for items still in transit. If a timely delivery is not met, a refund will only be issued once the package is returned to us.
Shipping Cost
All packages are shipped via standard shipping by default. If you require faster service, please contact our customer support team prior to ordering.
Incorrect Address or Address Change
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.
Yrhhome is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses.
Address modifications are not guaranteed after order placement. Postal carriers (such as Postal Parcel or EMS) may charge an address change fee, and if the new address is significantly different, they may charge additional redelivery costs.
If you ask us to request an address change on your behalf, we will invoice you for any fees incurred. If you modify the address yourself and we are billed for it, we will also invoice you. We appreciate your understanding—while we will cover the cost of our own mistakes, we cannot cover fees caused by incorrect addresses.
Failure to Receive Delivery
If you cannot receive your package, please contact your local courier.
Postal Parcel or EMS typically attempts delivery once. If unsuccessful, the package may be held locally before returning to us.
If the item is returned, the courier charges us for the return, and we are not responsible for this cost.
In such cases, we will contact you.
If you request re-delivery, we will invoice you for both the return shipping fee and re-shipment.
If you decline re-delivery, we will issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee to cover our shipping and handling costs.
We must hear from you within 30 days of the item’s return in order to reship or process a refund.
Import Taxes and VAT
Most packages pass customs without additional VAT. However, larger orders may require additional documentation.
Import duties and taxes are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
This applies especially to standard shipping methods.
Important: For Canada, the UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary — we recommend selecting standard shipping to avoid excessive import duties.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following locations:
Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Iraq, Jordan, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Yemen, and most Pacific island nations including Guam, Nauru, Tonga, etc.
